AMH was engaged by Vista Land to conduct Geotechnical Engineering Studies for various project sites of Vista Land subsidiaries including Lumina Homes, Inc. and Camella Homes, Inc. The studies aimed to provide essential technical information about the project site that had to be addressed and considered during the master planning and design stages prior to acquisition or development of the property. For Vista Land’s acquired properties, AMH was engaged to provide Detailed Engineering Design of Wastewater Treatment Facility and Materials Recovery Facility. COHO, one of the companies under Vista Land, also engaged AMH to provide utility systems design including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and  Sanitary and Fire Protection.
