M.E. Sicat Construction (MES/Client) was commissioned by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for the design and build of eight (8) bridges covered by the DPWH Region IV-A Bridge Construction and Development Program. Four (4) of the bridges are located in Quezon Province, three (3) are located in Laguna Province, and one (1) can be found in Batangas Province. The total length of the bridges is approximately 287 linear meters.

The Client engaged AMH for pre-engineering studies and detailed design of the bridge. The scope of work of AMH is to undertake the structural design, hydrologic study and drainage design, and foundation-related analysis and design for all eight bridges. The study and design work required utilization of the special analysis software, including STAAD Pro v8, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, Slide and ALLPile.
